National Honors / PMC Updates

NATIONAL RECOGNITION:

The President's Marathon Challenge (tuftsmarathonchallenge.com) website has received a Gold Medal Award from the Council For Advancement And Support Of Education (CASE) in the Fundraising Programs category.

Congratulations to Christine Sanni (Director of Advancement Communication and Donor Relations at Tufts) and her staff that was lead by Enza Vescera and Greer Bautz.

SUMMER TRAINING SCHEDULE:

Weekly PMC summer training runs will resume on Wednesday - June 10, 2009:
Site:            Cousens Gymnasium - Tufts University - Medford Campus
Time:           7:00 AM
Distance:      7.6 Miles (Standard operating procedures)

I will post a notice prior to each Wednesday/Sunday run.
No PMC training runs on: Weekends of July 4th, and July 18th (Wedding...not mine!)

Important Dates:
     8th Annual PMC 'Q' Run: Sunday - December 6, 2009

2010 Boston Marathon:
    PMC Team Dinner: Sunday - April 18, 2010
    114th Boston Marathon: Monday - April 19, 2010
    PMC President's Reception: Tuesday - April 20, 2010
